Hall Wood-Furnace/Pickup Truck Log Loader
Hall Wood-Furnace/Pickup Truck Log Loader

The Hall Wood-Furnace/Pickup Truck Log Loader is designed to pick up large logs or chunks of wood and to feed them into a wood-burning furnace. The device consists of a winch-fitted, forked, loading cradle that's hand-cranked up and down. This unit can also be fitted with an electric winch of either 12 VDC or 120 VAC. The operator rolls the log onto the cradle, raises it with a crank, winches it to the proper height, guides it through the furnace door, then pulls a lever to release it into the fire box. An optional pick-up truck mount lets one use the loader to gather large logs anywhere the vehicle is able to go. Barrels, bags of grain or salt, even large game animals can also be loaded inot the back of a pickup with this loader.
