Iowa farmer R.I. mounted to his machine shed rafters a small I-beam and trolley. Hanging from the trolley is a device which consists of: an arm with two ball bearings that roll on the flat inside of the tire, an adjustable top eyelet to balance the tire, and a 1-inch rod slid into the end of the arm that keeps the arm in place. This movable device allows for tire rotation and bolt or spline alignment.
