Timber Ax Brush Cutter/Shredder
Timber Ax Brush Cutter/Shredder

Mounted on the arms of a skid steer, the hydraulic-driven Timber Ax Brush Cutter/Shredder cuts up and mulches unwanted brush, undergrowth, vines, and even downed trees up to 6 inches in diameter with as little as 40 hydraulic horsepower. Equipped with rigid blades, adjustable shear bar, and high-efficiency gear-type motor, the attachment utilizes reverse-rotation (i.e., its blades rotate in the opposite direction of the skid steer's ground wheels) to lift the debris up off the ground, which improves cutting action, reduces horsepower requirement, and minimizes blade wear or damage. There are nine hydraulic motors to choose from, accommodating almost any skid steer system.
