Homemade Cab-Access Platform with Steps
3 pics. Left black & white drawing of skid steer pulled up to wood platform with steps up to platform. 2nd pic of Metal stairs with handrails and platform at top. 3rd pic is a drawing of a stair-mounted platform with measurements indicated.

Workers with limited arm/hand strength or difficulty climbing can use a Homemade Cab-Access Platform with Steps to access their skid steer, utility tractor or bulldozer. Handrails are recommended to ensure added safety and stability on both the steps and the platform. Once onboard, the platform can be lifted up with the bucket or blade for transport to wherever needed. (A simple-design platform with steps also works for accessing a zero-radius mower.)
