Tool Caddy
With this caddy and contents shown as described, its two rear wheels are just outside the frame and its front wheel is mounted to a housing that swivels and includes a pull handle.

Kirwin, KS, farmer John Wyrill constructed a Tool Caddy using 1-inch tubing and sheet metal for the frame and shelves, and mounted it on three wheels with one caster for steering. The caddy includes a large tool chest on the top shelf to hold small hand tools and wrenches, a rack to hold aerosol cans and shop towels, hooks around the perimeter to hold larger wrenches and tools, and a bottom shelf for scrap metal and parts for repairs. It can be pushed anywhere in the shop for tool access.
