Swiveling Wheelchair Platform
An adult male in a wheelchair that’s on the circular wooden platform, which swivels as described.

Harlan Temple of Davis, SD, built for his ground-level hunting blind a Swiveling Wheelchair Platform that's similar to a lazy susan. It consists of a barstool swivel mounted under a circular sheet of plywood with six caster wheels around its perimeter. This allows Temple to swivel and face any direction without moving his wheelchair.
