Waterproof Leggings
In a wheelchair is a fully dressed adult male with leggings covering both his trouser-clad legs and his shoe-clad feet.

Waterproof Leggings come as two separate pieces (one for each leg) and are put on over one's pants by means of a zipper that runs from the arch of the foot up to the crotch, thus eliminating the need of standing to insert one's legs through the tubes. They feature elastic "booties" that keep the shoes dry.
