Poultry Killing Cone
Seen are four different-size stainless steel cones.

With a Poultry Killing Cone (also called a restraint funnel), the bird is suspended upside down-its head hanging outside the narrow end-so it will 'bleed out' quickly when slaughtered, eliminating the need to hold it by hand. Available in various sizes (to accommodate anything from quail to turkey), most cones are made of stainless steel with hemmed edges and lock-form seams to prevent snagging. Height-adjustable racks are available for holding multiple cones.

Estimated Cost Cost range: $30-$70, depending on size, material used, etc.
