In the absence of a chair or when needing a break from standing/walking, the SitGo Telescoping Single-Leg Stool is an option. The device comes in a carrying case about the size of a water bottle, which, when removed, consists of a 9-inch-long silicon seat and a three-section telescoping leg, each section locking when twisted. The T-shaped stool, which reportedly holds up to 300 pounds, height-adjusts from 25 to 33 inches, and the seat can be angled 75-90 degrees.
