These Grip-Assisting Wheelchair Gloves (called Gloves for Life) are designed primarily to make maneuvering one's chair easier and less strenuous. Made of suede, they include hook-n-loop straps with D-ring for quick on/off and tacky-rubber palm inserts that are designed to grip the push rims to provide optimum power transfer to the wheel. Additionally, the gloves can reportedly aid people with dexterity issues in gripping items, using a razor/toothbrush/comb, dressing, eating, writing, and other such everyday tasks.
