Earth Auger
Attached to the tractor’s 3-point-hitch arm (and in the process of digging a post hole) is the device consists of the auger and above it the motor housing.

Fence post holes can be dug with an Earth Auger that mounts on a tractor's three-point hitch arms. The auger is positioned by the hitch and turned by the hydraulic motor. Various auger sizes are available.
