Winter Cape for Wheelchair Users

A Winter Cape for Wheelchair Users is constructed of material that traps body heat to provide warmth, and it may also have an outer layer of waterproof material. As to size, it's large enough to fully cover the user and even some of the chair; as to shape, the front is extra long in order to cover legs and feet, while the back is shorter to prevent it from getting caught up in wheels. Other features include: long zippered or Velcro front opening for easy access, removable zippered hood, and machine washable.
