The hands-free, battery-powered Necklace-Worn Cooling Fan is designed to deliver a vertical airflow that provides cooling to one's neck and face. Although there are almost as many different types as there are brand names (e.g., EasyAcc, O-Polar, O2 Cool, OutXE, Powshop, SkyGenius, TianNorth, Welltop, Yoloho), they are similar as to their basic components and operating principles. Among the differences are these: one or two mini-fans; one to three fan speeds; fixed- or adjustable-direction airflow; push button or switch activation; AA-, Lithium-ion-, or Ah-type batteries; and battery removal or UBS port to recharge.
