The Wheeled Hand Tool System (WHaTS) is a twin-tired, manual leveraging and transporting implement. Its universal frame accepts a variety of attachments, making it suitable for performing a number of different tasks. WHaTS can be reconfigured to serve as a rolling lever, rock & debris hauler, post & shrub puller, firewood hauler, timber & pole transporter, trailer jockey, person mover, barrel & water transporter, plywood & panel hauler, and debris lever. (Additional components include clamp assembly and middle third wheel.)
