The ClampTite Wire Clamping Tool is designed to bind/band hoses, rods, spliced wires, etc. to one another or to connectors, fittings, etc. Utilizing safety wire, the maker claims the bind can be up to 10 times stronger than that of screw-operated worm-gear-type clamps. The tool, which is made of stainless steel and aluminabronze, is available in three sizes (and telescoping lengths) to accommodate 08-, .12-, or .25-inch-diameter wire).
