Batt-Latch Gate Release Timer
Batt-Latch Gate Release Timer

The solar-powered, programmable Batt-Latch Gate Release Timer is designed to let livestock move from one field to the next or change paddocks even when the producer is not around. The device is designed to open nearly any type of gate (pipe/tape/spring), although it's especially suited for electric fence spring or bungee gates. Complete with keypad and screen, the timer can be set up to operate and store up to four jobs a day. When the pre-set time is reached, the Batt-Latch motor/gearbox is activated, turning the cam 360 degrees to release the gate lock. The Batt-Latch can also be used for other purposes, such as timed release of flood irrigation water, release of chickens from coops during the day or closure of coops at night, split feeding animals, dry lot feeding then release of livestock/animal back to pasture, triggering water pumps, and other electronic or mechanical switches.
