Ripchair 3.0 Tracked Off-Road Wheelchair
Ripchair 3.0 Tracked Off-Road Wheelchair

Powered by a 31-hp gasoline engine, the Ripchair 3.0 Tracked Off-Road Wheelchair is a continuous-track vehicle that one accesses and drives from his/her existing manual or power chair. With zero-turn capability and cat-track propulsion, it can reportedly traverse rough terrain (including streams). Once onboard via the access ramp, which raises up and locks the chair in place, all the controls that allow the user to carry out many functions in addition to driving are designed to be within easy reach. There is a Para edition with mechanical hand controls and a Quad edition with joystick controls. Each Ripchair is customizable from hand control placement to 'extras,' such as lighting package, gun rack, fishing rod holder, storage compartments, etc.
