With a squeeze of the handle, the Automaxx Bench Clamping Station securely locks to the bench-top the material being worked with, automatically adjusting to its thickness (up to 2.5 inches), thus eliminating the need to readjust whenever item thickness changes. Once desired clamping pressure is set (by merely turning a thumbscrew), that pressure will be maintained with every differing thickness. The tool also features an extra-large padded clamp to spread pressure evenly and ergonomic padded grips to minimize hand fatigue. Among available options are a Klamp Trak, which allows the tool to glide along the length of the bench, and a Klamp Plate, into which the tool’s base is inserted to provide a 360 degree clamping station.
