Attaching to all Mig welders and plasma guns, the Mig-It Welding Shield eliminates the helmet for tack welding or tight spots. As to safety, the device is designed to significantly reduce sparks and spatter, minimizes contact with body, face, and arms, and provides ultraviolet eye protection when placed between welding arc and eyes. Lightweight with a polycarbonate lens that meet OSHA and ANSI standards, the shield has a universal, extendible plastic neck (each link detachable) that is designed to allow a full range of motion to accommodate multiple welding applications.
