Inverted Log Splitters
Inverted Log Splitters

Mounted to skid steer or track loaders with quick-attach plates, Inverted Log Splitters provide an alternative to the process of physically lifting and positioning the logs, operating the splitting machine, then loading or stacking the split wood. These attachments are designed to either split the logs on the ground or lift, transport, and split them into a trailer or wood pile, all accomplished while the operator remains in the cab. Most have hydraulically operated cylinders that drive some 20 tons of force to their splitting wedges and handle logs up to 24 inches long.

Caution symbol Caution Notes: Tasks like tree felling, brush clearing, log splitting, and wood cutting are dangerous, and utmost caution should be used to protect the operator and bystanders. Follow the recommendations of the equipment/tool manufacturer for proper use and for necessary protective equipment needed for safe operation.
