They are 12-volt-powered off the equipment's electrical system and actuated via wireless remote. While standard in basic design, they are usually modified by the manufacturer to accommodate the variations in equipment and the unique needs of the user. These lifts can also be adapted to the rear of a pickup or other vehicle.
