Propel Sliding Door System
Propel Sliding Door System

The electric-powered Propel Sliding Door System automates large (up to 50 feet) single and bi-parting shop or shed doors, eliminating any open/close problems related to wind, size, weight, and harsh conditions. The unit, which can be user installed, consists of a drive system (includes electric opener, header drive track, wall-mounted control station, and remote controls), floor track (prevents wind from blowing door into or away from building, ensures bi-parting doors meet at the center), and cinchers (keeps door engaged on exterior lower track, snugs closed door against the building). As to safety, the opener turns off when encountering any obstacle; if there is a power failure, an emergency release handle opens the door from the inside; if the photo-eye, which safeguards the door, is disrupted, the closing procedure is stopped.
