The 1502 Positioners (Lobster Claw Clamp) are designed to position parts for welding, soldering, or painting. The base of the device can be bolted or clamped onto the workbench. Its two arms are each equipped with 360-degree ball joints in two places, allowing them to be positioned in an infinite number of ways. At the end of each arm is an 8-inch locking pliers for gripping and holding the various parts being worked with. The jaws of the pliers can open to 2¾ inches wide.
