Electric Lift-Arm Adjuster
Left pic of black adjustable-length bar with orange C-shaped ends with screws to tighten what is placed in the ends. Middle of the bar has a black handle with electrical wires running from it. Rt pic of same arm fastened between tractor lift arms.

This Electric Lift-Arm Adjuster (called "The Third Arm") is designed to adjust the distance between a tractor's lift arms without climbing out of the tractor seat, and thereby making the process of lining up and attaching an implement to the vehicle's three-point linkage easier, especially for those with upper extremity impairments. To use, one simply affixes the device to both lift arms; plugs one end of its electrical cord into the three-pin, 12-volt auxiliary power point; then operates (i.e., extends or retracts) it from the driver's seat via a two-button remote. This allows one person to perform the task, which eliminates the risk of somebody being in the "crush zone" between tractor and implement.
