Drangen Motorized Lay-Down Work Cart

Looking like a massage table on snowmobile treads, the Drangen Motorized Lay-Down Work Cart lets the field worker use both hands to pick, weed, or tend plants while his/ her body rests comfortably. Powered by a rear-mounted 5½- to 13½- horsepower gas engine, the machine has foot controls to steer and adjust speed (from a slow creep to a "walk"). Its frame can be adjusted from 3 to 8 feet wide for different row widths and from 12 inches on up for crop height clearance. Also available are optional weeding brushes, conveyor system, trailing wagon, and a seated unit with toolbar for seeder or cultivator.
