Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E)
Centers for Independent Living assist people with disabilities in core areas, such as information and referral, independent living skills training, peer counseling, and individual and systems advocacy.

State Assistive Technology Act Projects specialize in technologies to assist people with disabilities. Many of them lend out technologies, have low-interest loan programs, etc.
