Rotary-Paddle Bin Level Indicator

BinMaster’s BMRX Rotary-Paddle Bin Level Indicator provides point-level detection and measurement of grain, feed, pellets, etc. in bins, tanks, silos, hoppers, and conveyors. The motor housing mounts outside the structure (on roof or wall), with the rotating stainless steel paddle inside. When the material level reaches the paddle, it stops rotating, which, in turn, sets off a signal (e.g., alarm, horn, light). Among the product’s special features: de-energized motor that automatically shuts down, not just stalls, saving energy and motor life; built-in slip clutch to protect gear assembly from over-rotation; four-bearing drive shaft to reduce motor drag during paddle rotation; and no-bolt, screw-off cover for easy access to internal components.
