Whether bedding for animals or mulch for landscaping, the Bale/Bedding Chopper with Blower will chop and distribute baled straw, hay, newspaper. The unit sits on the ground or can be mounted onto a pull-behind trailer or in the bed of a pickup truck. (Fork-lift pockets allow easy handling.) Standard features include: 18-hp gasoline or 7.5-hp electric power; 13-blade/52 knife rotor that chops at 2,850 rpm; seven-position/13 finger grate; control levers to engage rotor and tub; and adjustable grate; 6-inch-diameter blower; polyethylene deck and tub; and a fire extinguisher. A 3-point hitch, PTO tractor driven model is also available.
