LevAlert Indicator

The highly adaptable LevAlert Indicator can be placed at a desired height anywhere along a vertical bin wall. It will work on most corrugated or flat walls up to 3/8-inch thick and can be installed from outside the bin through a 1 1/16-inch-diameter drilled or cut hole. As the bin fills to the indicator’s height, the grain/feed pushes against a flexible activa-tor, and the device’s exterior color changes from black to bright yellow. Conversely, when the stored material recedes to the level at which the activator is released, the color turns back to black. An optional electrical sensor can be attached to turn on/off motors or lights or sound horns. This indicator can sense most granular bulk solids, ranging from powders to pellets.
