Powered by four 12-volt deep-cycle rechargeable batteries, the BUV Electric Utility Vehicle (“BUV” stands for “Bold Utility Vehicle”) is quick, quiet, and environmentally friendly (i.e., zero emissions). It has a 500-pound payload capacity, a top speed of 8 miles-per-hour, zero-turning radius, and a 30- percent grade-ability. Its tires provide excellent traction in mud and on wet surfaces but won’t harm the lawn. Twin-motor proportionality steering by joystick controller makes it especially useful to people with disabilities.
