Roll-Over Protection Structures (ROPS) and Falling Objects Protection Structure (FOPS)

The Roll-Over Protection Structures (ROPS) and Falling Objects Protection Structure (FOPS) have been manufactured to retrofit onto the John Deere Gator. The ROPS is a steel frame that extends above the vehicle to protect the operator in event of a roll-over accident. The FOPS (shown here), which protects from the elements as well as falling objects and roll-over, includes: canopy with foam headliner; rear-view mirrors; tinted windshield that opens; electric wiper; lockable, tinted safety-glass doors; removable rear window; and visor.
