Wheelchair-Accessible Wooden Picnic Table

The Wheelchair-Accessible Wooden Picnic Table, which may be either purchased or built from a free set of plans [[[(next page)]]], is similar to standard ones, except that the end of one bench is cut short to allow a wheelchair to roll under the slightly extended table-top. Standard picnic tables can be modified by either shortening one of the benches or lengthening the tabletop past the end of the benches, as shown here.
