Three-Wheel Carcass Cart

The Three-Wheel Carcass Cart is wheeled up to a carcass, and then the “scoop” is run under it. The carcass is then loaded onto the cart frame by a hand-cranked winch. Because of the third wheel, the operator does not need to tilt the cart to move it, merely pull or push it.
