Joystick Steering System for Fendt Tractors

The Joystick Steering System for Fendt Tractors (called ErgoSteer) is designed to allow one to shuttle and steer with minimal effort, reducing back strain and making it easier to watch the implement. Activating the system’s retraction steering mode causes the tractor to drive straight ahead when the joystick is released. Activating the auto guide/direction-of-travel mode, which controls stop-and-go functionality, eliminates the need to reach over to the steering column, a major source of shoulder and neck-area tension. The ErgoSteer is a retrofit solution compatible with FendtONE tractors from the 500 Vario to 1000 Vario series, equipped with Profi+ or Power+ packages and a pneumatic parking brake. The joystick and accompanying adjustable armrest are designed to make it easy to adapt the work environment to one’s desired comfort level.
