This Big-Bale Feeder for Sheep/Goats eliminates the handling problem because one erects it around the hay bale (either large round or large square) no matter where located-barn, open shed, feedlot, pasture. The feeder consists of: 48″ high x 40″ wide galvanized-steel wire panels, each with four 8″ x 12″ feeding-access openings; panel-connecting hinges; and snap clips. (Number of panels and number of hinges depend on bale diameter). Other advantages of this feeder (in addition to no lifting/carrying of bales): the animals can’t get inside it, adaptable to all big-bale sizes, folds flat for easy storage and moving, and significantly reduced hay wastage. Note: Not for use with cattle, horses, or horned animals.
