Big Bale Net Wrap and Twine Remover

Compatible with Euro, skid steer, and Deere 600-700 series front-end loaders, this hydraulically driven Big Bale Net Wrap and Twine Remover eliminates these binders from large round bales and square bales without the operator having to leave the vehicle seat. Hydraulic pressure/return lines can be connected to the front-end manifold or the rear of the machine; and its two arms hold a serrated blade in the left and a series of hooks in the right. With the flip of a switch, (1) the saw blade extends out from one arm to slice the length of the bale; (2) in the same motion, the hooks from other arm extend out to capture the wrap or twine; and (3) then the two arm release the now-loose bale with the hooks holding the twine or wrap. Again using the switch, the cut cycle is reversed to drop the waste where desired.
