3M Company’s M3000 Hand-Masker Masking Tape Dispenser is a hand-held dispenser that is designed to allow one to affix then apply, in a single step, both tape and surface-protecting film, plastic, or paper in preparation for painting, drywall and ceiling texturing, wall finishing, floor sanding, etc. It’s designed to accommodate 3/4- to 2-inch-wide standard masking or blue painter’s tape and masking film (folding out up to 144 inches) and masking paper (up to 12 inches). Among the available optional accessories are paper blade, film blade, and multi-purpose hook.
