Homemade Golf Cart Garden Tool Carrier

Having two artificial knees, Robert Lord of Keysville, Georgia, relies heavily on this Homemade Golf Cart Garden Tool Carrier in his 5-acre vineyard/flower/fruit tree farming operation. First removing from the top of the compartment on back of the cart the straps designed to hold golf clubs in place, he cut a 51/2-inch-wide by 27-inch-long board to fit inside the compartment and bolted it in place of the straps. He then cut a 6-inch-wide by 22-inch-long board to fit inside the bottom of the compartment about 5 inches off the floor, securing it with three L-shaped metal brackets screwed into the side. A hole cutter was used to cut seven matching holes in both boards that support the tool handles. Lord uses the cart’s wire basket between seat and compartment to store kneepads, rags, pieces of rope, stakes, etc.
