Load-Judge Grain Trailer Sensor System

The Load-Judge Grain Trailer Sensor System is designed to allow one to ‘manage’ the loading process right from the truck cab. The customizable system utilizes six self-calibrating sensors and a moisture sensor positioned in the trailer to gather data into a predetermined algorithm that calculates the shape and size of the impending load. This allows the driver to pull the trailer forward as needed to ensure balanced loading and appropriate axle weights. The system also estimates load size in bushels and displays the specific commodity configuration graphics for the particular trailer being loaded.
