Sump-Saver Bin Auger Unplugger

The Sump-Saver Mighty Mini is designed to break up clumps of grain that are blocking flow-without one having to risk going inside the bin to try freeing up the grain. Running off the hydraulics of a tractor outside, the device consists of four rotating fingers on a central axis mounted in a steel frame, which is placed over the bin auger intake on the floor or next to an above-floor auger mouth. Powered by a motor that provides 6,000 inch-pounds of torque and operates forward and reverse, the Sump-Saver is designed to slice and crush any obstacle approaching the grain sump. The hydraulic hoses lie on the floor and run to a fitting on the side of the bin, where the operator connects the exterior hoses to the tractor’s hydraulics.
