Wand Vacuum Seeder

With this compressor- or vacuum-operated Wand Vacuum Seeder, one can reportedly sow a 400-cell starter flat or plug tray in about 5 minutes. The hand-held wand, made of lightweight PVC, houses 14 seed-dispensing tips, which are interchangeable to accommodate five different seed sizes. Connected to a compressor or vacuum unit, the wand picks up seeds from a seed bin, holds them until placed over the flat/tray row, then releases them into each cell with the press of a button on the wand handle. Three models are available-one with a 115-volt vacuum pump, one with a vacuum adaptor fitting for a shop vac or household sweeper, and one with venture pump that attaches to an air compressor.
