ATV/UTV-Mounted Calf Catcher

The ATV/UTV-Mounted Calf Catcher is designed to catch and corral on pasture newborn or young calves so they can either be worked right there or transported without worrying about aggressive mother cows. The four-wheeled device, measuring approximately 4 feet (W) x 6 feet (L) x 5 feet (H) with 8 inches ground clearance, is towed out to the pasture behind the ATV/UTV then reconfigured to ride adjacent to the vehicle. To catch and corral, the driver from the vehicle seat opens and latches the front spring-loaded gate by pulling on a rope then drops it shut (once the calf is caught) by stepping on the latch-release mechanism located by his right foot. Mounting hardware, components parts, and assembly instructions come with the Calf Catcher, which reportedly fits almost all ATV/UTV makes/models.
