Wagon Tongue Lift-Spring Kit

The Wagon Tongue Lift-Spring Kit holds a wagon tongue up off the ground so one can hitch it without straining his/her back. The kit includes a heavy lift spring, two brackets, and a tension bolt. One bracket is welded to the tongue, the other to the wagon frame, with the spring stretched between the two. The bolt is tightened to ‘tension’ the spring so that it holds the tongue at the desired height for hitching.
