Texas Fence Fixer

The Texas Fence Fixer is designed to help take the slack out of a fence line, without having to remove the fence-post staples or tie wires. Securing a portion of the slacked wire on each leg of the V-shaped tool, the user first tightens it by bringing the legs toward each other (like a hand shears) then, with a pliers, wraps a length of the same kind of wire around it to keep it taut. If need be, this repair process is repeated on down to fence line between posts until the slack is removed. The Texas Fence Fixer can be used with barbed wire, electric fence wire, horse fencing, or net wire fence and is reportedly useful on water gaps and short runs, such as garden fence, corral fences, and turning wings.
