Retrofit Assisted Steering System

Installable on many tractor, sprayer, and combine brands/models, this GPS-linked, electric Retrofit Assisted Steering System (called the SteerDirect ES) is designed to help reduce skips, overlaps, fuel consumption, as well as operator fatigue. The unit is simply latches onto the steering wheel, thus permitting easy transfer to other vehicles. A built-in clutch ensures no additional resistance to the wheel, while the main gear eliminates the likelihood of steering wheel slip. The SteerDirect ES, which does not involve integration into the equipment’s hydraulics, comes with a switch that allows the operator to engage the system remotely.
