SmartBob TS1 Bin Level Sensor

BinMaster’s SmartBob TS1 Bin Level Sensor is designed to take fill-level readings of dry bulk solids (e.g., grains, granules, pellets, powders) in bins, tanks, and silos up to 60′ tall and communicate the data to a control console at the base of the bin. Weighing less than 10 pounds and mounted on either flat or angled (up to 40 degrees) roofs, the device, on command, lowers a weighted sensor probe, which, when it touches the material, causes the counting pulses to stop and transfer the measurement information to the control console. Additional measurements are taken for confirmation. Numerous hardware and communication accessories are available to accommodate various bin configurations and multiple bins. The SmartBob2 is also available for bins up to 180′.
