Using the Power-Dumping Trailer, a regular pickup truck can haul loads into areas inaccessible by a standard dump truck. Depending on the model, payload capacities range from 5,000 to 10,000 pounds, with volume capacities from 2½ to 3 cubic yards. The dump boxes, which have stake pockets to support added sidewalls for increased capacity, are raised by hydraulic cylinders powered with a 12-volt electro-hydraulic pump.
